We take pride in our reputation for quality and value. If your new purchase isn’t up to your expectations or not the perfect fit, please let us know:
Purchases can be considered for refund or exchange if they meet all of the following conditions:
(1) Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We cannot refund or exchange items after this two week window.
(2) You must have the original Panamaz receipt. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without the original receipt.
(3) Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition. We cannot accept any items that are in any way damaged or altered from their original condition.
(4) All tags, panty liners, straps and ties must be perfectly intact. We cannot accept any items without these.
We do not provide refunds for or exchanges for goods that have been “mistreated” or “misused” (like putting a swimsuit in the dryer, or staining bikinis with self tanners or sunscreens).
If your purchase meets every one of the above conditions (no exceptions) we will be happy to make the exchange or refund.

Once we receive your return and assess whether it meets the return requirements, a credit will be issued to your account, less $10.00 restocking fee per item.
Please send your package, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
